Over five years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.  Must be well versed in all of the tools of recruiting – cold calling, networking, tech fairs, Internet, advertising, etc.  Must have recruited in at least two of the following environments – Information Technology, Engineering, Retail, Health Care.  Openings mostly in the Chicago area, with some out-of-town opportunities.  Rates based on skill level
