Flex-Heat™

Heartland Water Technology's Flex-Heat™ function uses thermal energy from biogas flares, thermal exhaust from reciprocating engines or gas turbines, or both simultaneously (Hybrid Flex-Heat™) to treat waste water. Using Flex-Heat™, customers can convert new or existing projects into combined heat and power (CHP) solutions to maximize energy efficiency and minimize cost. Flex-heat customers have demonstrated total life-cycle treatment costs below $0.04/gallon of leachate.
